Adam Seed came under fire for appearing to accept no responsibility for his involvement in the most recent cheating controversy, referring to it only as a “drunken kiss” and denying any wrongdoing.
On Wednesday night, Married at First Sight Australia watchers were glued to the screen as they anticipated the fallout from Claire’s shocking confession of cheating.
Since the start of the most recent season, the reality dating program on Channel 4 has been mired in a variety of drama, from cheating secrets to “emotionally abusive” brides and grooms. Each week, viewers around the world have been riveted by the drama.
As previously mentioned, Adam and Claire both denied having a sexual relationship on a night out, but Claire shocked viewers by confessing to her spouse Jesse that she had actually cheated on him with Adam.
The kindergarten teacher and aspiring businessman Adam even went so far as to dismiss Jesse’s claims and fears that anything was going on by calling him “paranoid” and “embarrassing.”
It’s embarrassing that you don’t own me; I am not your property, Claire earlier remarked.
You are paranoid, mate. You have your own problems to work on. What you did was improper, Adam continued.
Jesse was disturbed and irate when he learned his wife had kissed Adam, saying, “I am in disbelief I have been made to feel like I am the crazy, insecure, jealous one as if there’s something wrong with me.”
And of all the people to turn to for guidance, he decided to confide in Harrsison, who had previously come under fire for his own “emotionally abusive” behavior toward his wife and was embroiled in shady scandals involving getting other women’s numbers and having a third party.
“I’m so sorry, bro, you were right,” Harrison said. what an idiot.
“That doesn’t set right with me,” you said. “Not only did he hook up with your Mrs., he then sat there and denied it all, making you look the a****. They gaslighted you and invalidated everything you said.
“I am remembering back to everything you said to me and thinking wow what a hypocrite,” Jesse told Claire later in the show.
“Adam is such a viper; he claimed that I was one of the men he was eager to get to know. I think it’s safe to say that we won’t be continuing, so I’ll run into you whenever I do,” he said, turning to leave.
The 30-year-old made the decision to deal with the problem head-on and, as he walked up to Adam and his wife Janelle’s apartment to have a chat with him, he made the comedic remark, “Bring some balls as well with you,” while chuckling and putting on a pair of shoes.
After Adam tried to blame Claire for what happened, the argument became heated in the halls, and Claire couldn’t help but overhear shouting as she went to try to calm things down.
Adam said, trying to get out of it, “You saw what she was like the whole night and youre coming at me.”
After confessing to Sandy for guidance that Adam had advised her to keep quiet about their “drunken kiss,” Claire had made the decision to tell Jesse, saying she had been “wanting to tell him for a long time.”
After defending her husband and putting her complete faith in his word earlier, Adam’s wife Janelle was informed of what transpired between them both, and things only got worse from there.
Fans watched in disbelief as Adam once more attempted to deflect responsibility by claiming that he and Janelle “weren’t in a good place” at the time it occurred.
As Janelle was advising Adam to gather his belongings and leave their apartment, she broke down in tears.
She confided in Jesse, saying, “He is full of s***. What he says has no meaning. He claims he would never cheat again.
When Adam revealed he had cheated on a partner with whom he had once been engaged, Janelle’s brothers previously voiced their concerns about Adam at the wedding. However, Adam swore that these days, he places a high value on loyalty, family, and respect.
Janelle, a beauty influencer, invited Melinda and Tahnee over for emotional support as they expressed astonishment over Claire and criticized Adam’s “trash behavior.”
Melinda reacted angrily, saying, “It’s bt, it’s such a cop-out to say you’re not in a good place, try work on your relationship buddy.”
He has “dodgy” written all over him because he pretended to be so naive that it took someone else to catch him before he told you.
