For the week of Monday, June 19, to Friday, June 23, General Hospital spoilers and updates tease coming clean, will the Maine man remember who he is, and someone’s under the gun! Will Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) remember that he is Ned, will Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) reveal that she is the SEC whistleblower, and will Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) put Nina under pressure?
General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Reeves Considers Coming Clean
Before Ned reveals what he overheard her and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) saying about her being the whistleblower, Nina mulls on telling Sonny the truth. After speaking with Ava Jerome (Maura West), who urged her to tell Sonny the truth and take action, she left her engagement ring at home. In order to help the Quartermaines, Sonny went for GH, and now Nina has joined him after noticing her ring is stolen.
Sonny tells Nina he’s worried about her and how she’s acting, and Nina is visibly upset and terrified. He is baffled as to why she isn’t thrilled about their engagement and wonders if she might be breaking up with him.
GH Spoilers: Brook Lynn Quartermaine Brings Updates
Sonny and Nina are shortly joined by Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in front of the hospital’s vending machines, where she provides them with an update on Ned’s condition. When Ned awoke, the only memory he had was of himself as Eddie Maine, his alter ego while leading a double life as a rock star. When Brook Lynn informs Sonny that Ned doesn’t recognize him, Nina is relieved and speculates that perhaps he won’t ever recall what he overheard. Her father had an affair with her mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), years before Brook Lynn was even born.
General Hospital Spoilers: Olivia Quartermaine Wants Her Husband Back
TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) returns to the GH critical care unit waiting area where Ned’s room is and listens anxiously. Jane Elliot’s Tracy Quartermaine is not there in the waiting area; she may be inside with her son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who has now joined his mother. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa Lo Cicero), who is in the waiting area with Brook Lynn, informs TJ that she wants her husband back.
Olivia is aware of Eddie Maine; in fact, she was raising Dante alone while residing in Bensonhurst. She was familiar with the Cerullo family at the time, but Eddie Maine and Ned were unknown to her.
GH Spoilers: Ava Jerome’s Warning
Ava and Nina are currently having another conversation about how Nina should have come clean outside, presumably in the yard or a park near Sonny’s penthouse. Ned was hurrying to tell his mother and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about the chat he had with Martin Grey when he fell, so Nina may be counting on him forgetting it. Ava warns Nina that she shouldn’t try that since she doesn’t believe it will work.
She will be in danger if Sonny learns about it now, after Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was detained and Drew surrendered himself in! Furthermore, there won’t be a way out, and Sonny would be aware that she lied if Ned remembers and tells.
