According to spoilers on The Young and the Restless (Y&R), Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is enraged that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is unbound. Ashley is relieved to learn that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is not as dead as everyone believed, but the fact that Diane is no longer in prison is bad news.
She thinks Diane wants to take over the family business, so she needs to come up with a strategy to stop her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Stopping Diane’s Influence
Ashley Abbott from Y&R is fiercely protective of her brother Jack (Peter Bergman) and their cosmetics business, Jabot. She has no faith in Diane. Diane returned to Genoa City and was able to swiftly win Ashley’s brother’s love and attention. She even secured a position in the family business.
Ashley is quite worried about Diane’s presence and the fact that Jack hired Diane. She believes Diane has a personal objective. Ashley thinks Diane is infiltrating the family and has her sights set on the business. She thinks Diane has to be put down.
Ashley has made contact with the Jabot board of directors in an effort to have her brother fired from the organization. Since her brother was intimately involved with a murderess, she was particularly interested in exploring this. She needs to come up with a different strategy to remove Diane from their lives now that she has been cleared.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) Has Another Idea
Ashley receives constant prodding from Tucker McCall to put an end to her grudge towards Diane and let Jack make his error. Ashley claims that she simply can’t do it and won’t do it with her brother. Tucker should work at Jabot, she decides, and together they can bring Diane down.
But Tucker isn’t ready. He desires to begin something fresh. He believes Ashley should have Jack buy out her share in the business because he has money from the sale of his company.
Then they may combine their resources to start something new. Ashley finds this appealing even if her main thought has been for Jabot. Her imagination is captured by the novel, fresh notion.
