On Monday, September 11, General Hospital spoilers and updates hint at arguments over meals, romantic gestures, and family assurances.
At Kelly’s, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) reassures the family while giving Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) a romantic gesture. Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) criticizes the family’s dining decisions.
General Hospital Spoilers: Dining Disagreements
Following a baseball game, Violet is in the front of the family line that includes Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Jake Webber (Hudson West), and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
When she shouts that they shouldn’t eat there, her family is probably ashamed, especially with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) working behind the counter!
Carly is probably amused by Violet, the young protester who is developing into a strong-willed little stinker.
She probably assures her that she will think of something that Violet will like. Or is she voicing a complaint inside the eatery?
GH Spoilers: Making Herself Scarce
Maybe Violet caught a glimpse of Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) at Kelly’s. Esme is apparently trying to hide herself and Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) from the Collins residence by asking if there might be any openings.
Although it’s hard to tell, she doesn’t appear to be at Kelly’s because Carly did some redecorating and there are white café curtains behind her.
Esme has been employed for some time, and the Collins home is beginning to feel a little cramped. Although the old Esme would never have lived above Kelly’s, maybe she and Ace need their own space!
General Hospital Spoilers: Romantic Gestures
While they sit on the couch together at the Collins home, Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) share a rare moment of solitude. He reveals to Trina that he cares for her and that he can prove it. He then makes a long-awaited romantic gesture. Will Esme’s search for a place of her own last long enough to prevent another interruption? That has been a significant problem and a barrier to Spencer and Trina moving forward in their relationship. Maybe now is the time for it to happen.
GH Spoilers: Major News
Another couple at the Savoy has advanced significantly, as TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) informs Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).
He declares that he and Molly have a significant announcement to make with a beaming Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) by his side.
TJ and Molly will reveal that they have made significant progress toward starting a family.
Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison), their preferred surrogate, has already undergone the implant procedure.
Now they just need to wait for the pregnancy to develop and the implant to take before they can start a family.
General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Jones’ Update
In another scene, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) informs Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) about a problem. Felicia is told by a determined Maxie that she will make it happen no matter what. She might be discussing either making things work at Deception Cosmetics or making things work with her family in Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) home. Jane Elliot’s Tracy Quartermaine has filed a lawsuit that won’t be heard in court for six months, and she has offered to drop it in exchange for 75% of the business. Maxie firmly disagrees with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), who believes that 25% is preferable to nothing.
GH Spoilers: Plan In Place?
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) speaks with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) in the courtroom where Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is being arraigned on federal charges of violating the National Security Act.
Could they have a strategy in place to help Sonny beat the charges, as Michael tells Dex, “let’s make this quick”?
Since he first hired Dex to set up Sonny to be taken down by the Feds, Michael seems to have made a complete 180-degree turn.
Whatever the two are discussing, it needs to be finished right away!
General Hospital Spoilers: So Soon?
Carly is on the phone and enquiring as to how there can be news so soon at Kelly’s house, where she is in the kitchen. She might be referring to Sonny’s arraignment or perhaps to the appeal that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) is attempting to file in the case of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). She is currently defending Sonny in Federal court, but she started working on Drew’s case because of judicial bias. Sonny is in court as she speaks to the person on the other end, so it seems more likely that the conversation is about Drew’s case. However, it appears as though both situations are moving forward.
GH Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Reassures His Loved Ones
Michael, Dex, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) are present at Sonny’s arraignment despite Carly’s inability to attend.
Sonny assures Nina and Kristina that he has this under control as he apparently prepares to take the stand. He is either not afraid at all, or he is suppressing his own fears for their benefit.
He exudes a strong sense of assurance that he will avoid these charges as well, so perhaps there is a strategy in place.
