Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), posing as a supposed mentally ill patient on a watch, somehow managed to enter another patient’s room at Ferncliff. Sasha was, of course, that patient. You recall, she was the one who stabbed him. Which, if this place had any semblance of logic and sense, shouldn’t have been possible. But he did, and he and she were able to walk right past the front desk. The hunt is now on for the couple. Naturally, Gladys will inform Nina that Sasha has been abducted. As far as anyone else is aware, we can see where that is the case.

But since we know it was a rescue operation, Gladys is probably just afraid of being found out. She had better be because her scam has gotten so out of hand that it is not even in the same universe.

Last but not least, General Hospital spoilers show Cody included Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in his strategy. She was the one who granted him medical proxy and initially assisted him in enrolling at Ferncliff. We now believe that her additional assistance might be costly.
