Kym Marsh, a star of the TV show Waterloo Road, has admitted to her followers that the death of a cherished family member has “left a huge hole” in her life.

Following the loss of her cherished pet dog, former Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has spoken out about her devastating family loss.

On Instagram, the 47-year-old soap star posted a touching photo of her dog’s ashes in a custom cremation box.

The child is home. Thank you so much to @vets_now Huyton for taking such amazing care of my precious Barney in his dying hours and for treating us as a family with such care and compassion, the author of the heartwarming caption stated.

He will always be missed. Losing Barney has left a giant paw-shaped hole in our lives.

“Barney boy, we adore you. You’ve arrived at your house. Along with multiple sobbing face emojis, she also said on her Instagram story, “My boy is home! The best dog on the planet. Sleep soundly, Barney.

Last month, Kym uploaded a heartbreaking photo of her dog, Barney, as the tragic news that her “beautiful boy” had passed away.

Had to say farewell to our adorable boy Barney, she said. We really miss you, buddy. best canine ever. My heart is shattered.

Many of her supporters sent their sincere sympathies right once. Oh Barney, what a nice youngster, someone typed. I’m considering you all. Xx.”

Another admirer remarked, “Oh, I’m so sorry, what a handsome boy. sending you all love, finished with a heart emoji.

The heartbreaking news was announced not long after Kym and her husband Scott Ratcliff’s marriage terminated in March.

According to rumors, Kym and Scott called it quits after barely 19 months of marriage. The couple wed in an extravagant ceremony in October 2021.

The pair, who saw each other only one or two days a week, allegedly separated up over “work commitments” but made an effort to save their marriage, according to The Mirror.

In an interview with The Guardian, Kym appeared to acknowledge the split for the first time as she talked about the “resilience” she had developed as a result of her failed marriages.

After getting married to Hollyoaks legend Jamie Lomas in 2012 and soap actor Jack Ryder in 2002, Scott was Kym’s third husband.
