In Home and Away, kidnapped and trapped in an abandoned warehouse with no food or water, Justin and Leah are in a bad way. No-one knows where they are – and time is running out.
But what have the Summer Bay couple done that someone might want them dead?
Leah (Ada Nicodemou) and Justin (James Stewart) are anticipating their romantic holiday during a tough episode of Home And Away. They’ve almost ever spent any time alone together, so they intend to savour the tranquilly.
They can’t believe their luck when Justin gets a call telling them he won a free trip! But not everything is as it seems…
“Justin and Leah get stopped and taken away on the way to their vacation due to a breakdown on the road,” Ada, 46, tells TV WEEK.
Three days later, we discover them in a closed-down warehouse. They don’t know where they are and haven’t had any food or water.
The pair is on their own because no one can find them. Although Justin attempts valiantly to escape the abandoned warehouse, it seems hopeless.
They clutch each other through what might be their final moments while dehydrated and unable to even stand.
Justin makes the decision to ascend a nearby ladder and mount the rafters in an effort to escape. However, the ordeal has worn him out and the unsteady scrap metal collapses on top of him.
Leah rushes to remove the debris from him, but the accident has rendered him immobile and severely air-short.
Ada reports that Justin “lands on his back and is seriously hurt.” She is aware that time is running out and he could pass away.
Fearful that she would lose the love of her life, Leah sobs by his side. Fans may need to prepare themselves for a tearful farewell as Justin drifts in and out of consciousness.
