In GH spoilers, it was hinted that Sasha would piece together who had done what to her and why. Sasha’s mother-in-law and her doctor’s drug use led to Sasha being admitted to a mental hospital, not Colonel Mustard in the library with a candlestick. All for the purpose of Gladys stealing Sasha’s money to settle her gambling debts. What’s the next step for them?
GH Spoilers Speculation
Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) will probably make an effort to escape her obligation by reminding Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) that she is also a victim in this situation. Recall how Sasha miscarried her child? Little Liam was, in fact, Gladys’ grandson as well.
Do you still recall how Sasha lost her husband? Well, Johnny Wactor (aka Brando) was Gladys’s son. Gladys was hurt. So, the drugging and the theft of money could both be classified as post-traumatic stress disorder, right? Even though they are related and Sasha may feel that Brando would have wanted her to forgive his mother, she might eventually change her mind.
General Hospital Nice Girls Finish Last
Sasha is a nice, perceptive, sympathetic, and empathic individual. However, even kind, understanding, sympathetic, and empathetic individuals have their limitations. We believe Sasha has already struck hers. Gladys has already stumbled over to her, crying and ready to explain everything, but Sasha has had enough. And she’ll keep doing it as long as she continues to berate Gladys. But eventually Sasha will realize something.
Like Sasha, Gladys suffers from addiction, which is a disease. Gladys will remind her that, in contrast to Sasha, who was dependent on drugs, her addiction is to gambling. Sasha will identify with that, which will make it simpler for her to someday forgive her mother-in-law.
GH Spoilers:Â Clear the Decks
Sasha will probably laugh in Gladys’ face when she mentions Liam and Brando, though. Would Brando and Liam have approved of Gladys robbing Sasha? Would they have approved of her paying a doctor to give Sasha drugs to induce psychosis? Is that how she envisions her role as Sasha’s guardian? Gladys was expected to act in Sasha’s best interests. Gladys acted in her own best interests. She might have been grieving and perplexed at the same time. However, neither will ever excuse her behavior. Additionally, Sasha will never forget Gladys’ treatment of her.
