According to a People article from the end of August, Pullos appeared in court in Los Angeles County after being accused of several felonies.

The Daily Mail reports that “Judge Terry Smerling decided the case would go on until October, or about six months after the April crash. The trial is scheduled to begin on July 27, and Pullos, who reportedly used crutches during that court appearance, has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A California Highway Patrol report was made available to the public, which stated that “Pullos was driving the wrong way on the freeway and was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run incident before a car crash.

She was unable to exit her car after the collision, so the Pasadena Fire Department had to “extract” her out.

At the time, it was also reported that a combative Pullos warned firefighters not to damage her very expensive blouse while they were trying to save her life.

After the collision in which another driver was hurt, Pullos’ car allegedly contained tequila and marijuana edibles.

According to the L.A. County D.A., “drunk driving continues to be a serious problem in our communities, taking thousands of innocent lives every year. The seriousness of this alleged offense is highlighted by the charge that Haley Pullos faces for felony DUI that results in injury.
