Intense Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) reels, as if it weren’t bad enough that she couldn’t stop Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) from traveling to New York City, according to General Hospital spoilers and rumors.
On their romantic weekend, Trina and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) had their first kiss. However, Trina’s birth control appears to have failed; could this mean that she will soon become pregnant?
General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Robinson May Not Have Started The Pill Early Enough
Although Trina intended to lose her virginity that weekend, their trip was somewhat last-minute, and she might not have started the pill early enough.
Because birth control pills typically take a few days to take effect, she might not have planned ahead enough to purchase a morning after pill just in case. Not to mention that, in order to keep her nosy and controlling mother from finding out, she probably had to sneak around GH to even get a prescription.
Possibly working with the daycare at The Invader, Portia had wanted to and was going to try to stop Trina from joining Spencer on the trip.
Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) was diagnosed with chickenpox, according to Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), who Portia had the gall to work with in the past to prevent Trina and Spencer from being together.
GH Spoilers: Portia Robinson Tried To Get Curtis Ashford To Stop Her
Since Trina and Curtis had developed a bond as birth father and daughter, Portia had even attempted to persuade Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to intervene.
She might have had better luck if her ex, Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews), who Trina will always call “Dad,” had followed them.
Not that Portia hadn’t considered that herself, but Curtis persuaded her that she couldn’t keep her daughter on a leash indefinitely. On the Haunted Star, Curtis had been impressed by Spencer’s efforts to keep Trina safe, even at the cost of his own life.
Curtis made an effort to reassure Portia that Spencer wouldn’t harm their daughter in any way and that she would only resent her for trying to separate them.
General Hospital Spoilers: She Catches Trina Robinson Buying A Home Pregnancy Test
Despite the fact that Trina is enrolled in class and sharing a dorm room with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Portia occasionally visits a local pharmacy where she runs into Trina.
Portia is able to spy on her while she’s at the checkout counter and notices that she’s purchasing a home pregnancy test. Portia is wise enough to know that she must be picking one up for herself and not just assume that she is.
Portia must summon all her strength to resist confronting Trina there in the pharmacy, possibly driving her away permanently. How could her daughter be so foolish as to travel out of town without booking separate rooms to sleep in?
