Emmerdale’s Gabby Thomas and Vinny Dingle have been growing closer in recent weeks – but viewers are convinced she is ‘playing’ him.
Emmerdale fans reckon they have ‘exposed’ Gabby Thomas’ plan for Vinny Dingle as she has an ‘ulterior motive’ for their romance.
Gabby (played by Rosie Bentham) and Vinny (Bradley Johnson) have grown close over recent months and recently took their friendship to a new level.
After sharing a kiss, Vinny was eager to start a new relationship and lose his virginity. Following the wedding of Mandy (Lisa Riley) and Paddy (Dominic Brunt), Vinny and Gabby slept together for the first time.
They have since made their relationship public, much to the delight of Aaron (Danny Miller), who is pleased to see his former brother-in-law moving on two years after Liv’s (Isobel Steele) death.
However, Gabby is also involved in the bitter divorce storyline between Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) and Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy).
After a heated argument led to Jai disrespecting Laurel’s late husband Ashley, Laurel suffered a heart attack. She recovered and told Jai she wanted a divorce, leading to ongoing conflict.
As Jai tries to ensure Laurel gets nothing from him, Laurel and Gabby have hatched a plan to buy his shares in The Hide, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Gabby’s latest move in Emmerdale has left Jai fuming after she informed him that his estranged wife is the new investor in the bistro.
Meanwhile, as Gabby delves into the business realm and sparks fly with Vinny, viewers are speculating that she might be using Vinny for financial gain.
On an Emmerdale fan page on Facebook, a viewer speculated: “Watch this space. Gabby is going to get Vinny to buy into the Hide.”
Another fan responded: “I thought it was too good to be true! Poor Vinny.” A third chimed in: “Yes I think she has something planned, a shame as they make a sweet couple.”
