Coronation Street’s Fiz Makes a Major Mistake That Could Cost Tyrone Something Precious

Next week on Coronation Street, Fiz Dobbs (Jenny McAlpine) makes a critical error that puts husband Tyrone’s (Alan Halsall) future relationship with son Dorin in serious peril.

When old sweetheart Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) returned to Weatherfield last month with his secret son in tow, Tyrone was taken aback.

Since then, the two have become great friends. Alina even trusted Tyrone and Fiz to take care of the child while she had to flee from the terrible people traffickers who were attempting to scare her into not testifying in their trial.

Earlier this week, the people traffickers were arrested with Alina able to come out of hiding.

With a plan to return to Romanina with Dorin, Tyrone told Fiz he’s going to try and persuade Alina to move back to Weatherfield so he can keep his son in his life.

However, not only does that plan not work out, next week sees Fiz risk severing Tyrone’s contact with Dorin altogether.

When Alina arrives at No.9 to pick up Dorin and catch their flight, Tyrone steals her passport from the pocket in her rucksack.

Unable to check into her flight, an upset Alina returns and explains her passport is missing, which Fiz ends up returning following a confrontation with Tyrone.

Later in the week, Tyrone, Hope (Isabella Flanagan) and Ruby (Billie Naylor) video call Dorin but Alina ends the call abruptly and explains that it upsets Dorin.

When an angered Fiz says she’d never have returned Alina’s passport if she’d known this would happen, she’s unaware the call is still connected.

Upon realising, the family are horrified that Alina has heard every word – will this be the final straw for Alina? And will Tyrone lose contact with Dorin forever?
