Watchers of Coronation Street are certain that Mason Radcliffe, the bullied cobbler, will be killed off in the soap opera.
Mason Radcliffe, played by Luca Toolan, the resident troublemaker on Coronation Street, might not be coming out on top.

Since making his first appearance on the cobbles last year, the character has been wreaking havoc, especially for Liam Connor (Charlie Wrenshall), the young son of Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon). Mason’s knife threat to Liam changed the course of the story, sending Liam into a depressing narrative in which he considered killing himself.

Dylan bravely testified against Mason in court, and as a result of his acts, Mason was committed to a Young Offenders center in April. Nevertheless, Mason was freed and went back to living on the streets last month.

It has unsettled everyone, especially Dylan and Liam, that he has returned. Mason has received sympathy from Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows), who even helped him land a job at his restaurant.

Residents are outraged to learn that Mason works at Speed Daal, but Stu is still persuaded that Mason is trying to change, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Fans, however, are conjecturing that Mason’s time may be running out and that, in an unexpected turn of events, he may be eliminated. In addition, viewers think that Stu will deal the final blow.

Supporters have discussed on social media how Stu continues to be unaware that Mason was the one who hit and ran his granddaughter Eliza earlier this year. Fans now believe that Stu would “kill Mason in a fit of rage” as a result of the finding.

In addition, many speculate that Mason’s death might be connected to Bill Fellows’ (Stu) exit. After three years, there have been rumors circulating this week that Bill has decided to leave the soap opera. According to reports, he has already recorded his last scenes for the well-liked ITV series.

Now that viewers know the truth about Stu’s granddaughter’s hit-and-run event, they are certain that Stu will kill Mason before leaving the show.

One fan on a Corrie Facebook page made the following prediction: “Stu is expected to move off the cobbles later this year. Talk about letting Mason have his granddaughter Eliza’s bedroom. But little does he know that it was’mad Mason’ who hit Eliza during the hit-and-run. Is Stu headed for murder and a second stint in prison? This one is not incorrect.”

Another fan made the following suggestion on X, in the meantime: “Imagine if Stu finds out that Mason knocked over Eliza and ends up in prison for actually killing somebody.” “I hope he finds out it was Mason who hit Eliza with the car, kills him in a rage, then flees to Germany,” wrote a third, who agreed.
