Coronation Street After being taken to the hospital, Toyah Battersby’s shocking revelation was made public, but viewers of the soap opera have identified a serious problem.

Fans are not too happy with Coronation Street’s revelation of Toyah Battersby’s true issues.

Georgia Taylor’s character Toyah has had a very tumultuous few months over on the soap opera. The secretive “self-improvement group” The Institute, headed by the menacing Rowan Cunliffe (Emhrys Cooper), is where her sister Leanne (Jane Danson) is involved.

Furthermore, it was disclosed earlier this year that Toyah gave birth to a child at the age of just 19. Sadly, Toyah buried the stillborn child’s body on the red rec.

Toyah admitted the crime to Leanne and Nick Tilsley (Ben Price), although she was just recently placed under custody after a tip to the police led them to the baby Rose’s remains.

Eventually, she was freed and not prosecuted, but it was evident who called the police: Rowan. In addition, Toyah has been keeping her sister in the dark about her secret relationship with Nick.

And on Wednesday, July 3, everything in Weatherfield drastically changed when Toyah was sent to the hospital. It was there that she received the news of her pregnancy.

Nick looked on in disbelief as Toyah was in complete amazement. However, the feedback they received from fans at home was all the same. One user commented on X, the original name for Twitter: “Chuffing ‘eck! This might be written by me! knew Toyah was going to become pregnant! She will undoubtedly keep it as that is all she has ever desired.

“I thought this the moment they slept together,” another person said. “So I said I liked Nick and Toyah and you gave them a baby!?,” a third person commented. You could never get pregnant, I swear, and a kid doesn’t even make sense. Corrie, you spoil everything.

Some admirers raised a concern and mentioned that Toyah had previously failed to conceive. Someone posted the following on a Reddit thread: “I detest this. For the longest time, Toyah’s story has been her incapacity to become a mother. That would be ruined by this.

Another person said, “Christ, it wasn’t that long ago the exact same thing happened to Leanne and even that wasn’t enough hysterical female misery, they had to kill the kid off.” I am so f sick of the “barren woman eventually falls pregnant to an affair partner” stereotype.
