Rose (Christine Tremarco) made headlines when she came back to the dales earlier this year, but weeks have passed since her shocking disappearance from the screens.
When the truth is ultimately exposed, Will Taylor’s (Dean Andrews) situation is not looking good.
Rose made her way back to the village and declared her desire to get back in touch with her daughter Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley). But in reality, Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly) was using extortion to coerce her into doing her dirty work in order to bring down Kim Tate (Claire King).
When Kim eventually discovered the scheme, Ruby and Rose had successfully set up Kim to drive Dawn away from Home Farm by spiking her drink. But not before Rose dug her teeth into Will, the husband of Kim’s former partner.
Will was seduced, and he slept with Rose while keeping Kim in the dark.
But, when the truth came out about Rose’s part in trying to take down Kim, he sided with his wife and joined her in driving Rose out of town.
The pair took Rose out to the middle of nowhere and handed her a wad of cash before telling her not to return to the village.
However, Rose then disappears for real as a truck pulls up and obscures her from view. The next moment, all her belongings are seen scattered across the grass with Rose nowhere in sight, hinting that something bad has happened to her.
Both Will and Kim have been acting suspiciously since Rose’s disappearance and have spun a web of lies to Dawn, who has all but given up hope of finding her mum after receiving a text saying she wouldn’t be coming back..
