According to EastEnders spoilers, a number of Walford figures are going to experience terrible news as one Mitchell chooses to leave the Square and another is left inconsolable.

In the upcoming episodes of EastEnders, a number of individuals are going to receive a shock when one Mitchell decides to leave Walford.

Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) starts the week by planning a celebration at The Queen Vic for his father Stevie (Alan Ford). Billy tells his son Will that Stevie and his mother Val, who has been missing for a long time, have the same birthday as the Mitchell family gets together to celebrate.

He acknowledges, though, that he has no idea where his mother could be. Teddy (Roland Manookian), in the meantime, approaches Stevie at the cafe and firmly orders him to stop lying.

When Phil (Steve McFadden) hears them talking about a secret they’re keeping from Billy, he gets curious and asks his trustworthy attorney Ritchie (Sian Webber) for help in finding out more.

Billy gives a moving speech about his father and wishes his mother, wherever she may be, well after Stevie, at The Vic, is moved by the work he and Will (Freddie Phillips) have put into the celebration. But before long, Phil shows up and pulls Stevie away to present him the unfavorable evidence Ritchie has uncovered about him.

When Stevie gets back to No. 18, Teddy witnesses him telling Billy that his mother has passed away. Then, before making a big choice, Stevie tells his astonished kids Billy and Teddy the heartbreaking tale of Val’s passing.

Billy is devastated by the startling realization and confides in his cousin Phil, who counsels him to recognize Stevie’s actual character. Teddy later gives Billy advice on how to keep their relationship intact in the face of this knowledge.

But whether this marks the end of Billy and Stevie’s father-son relationship is still up in the air. As the week goes on and Stevie makes the decision to leave Walford, Billy is in for more news.

Billy, who is broken, asks his cousin Phil for guidance. Phil tells him to accept Stevie for who he really is. However, Will misunderstands Billy’s remarks during a conversation and unintentionally divulges that Phil set up Stevie. Billy becomes upset and accuses Phil of attempting to destroy his new family as a result.

Before arranging to leave Walford, Stevie begs Billy and Teddy to hear his side of the story and extends his regret for what he did. Following yet another altercation with his nephew Phil, Stevie asks Big Mo for a favor.

Stevie asks Billy if he may say goodbye to his grandchildren, while Phil becomes furious and calls the police after learning that his car is missing. Later, Jay (Jamie Borthwick) is invited to a family dinner that Billy and Teddy plan at Walford East, but Phil is not invited.

As Phil joins the family, Teddy tries to patch things up, but a fight breaks out between the guys shortly after. Phil keeps putting people close to him at a distance.

On the other side of the Square, Reiss Colwell’s financial problems get worse when he receives Debbie’s hospital bill. Reiss is under a lot of pressure during his Tuesday, July 9 visit to Walford because he has to pay his wife’s care costs, which total £18,000.

In their desire to begin a family together, Reiss (Jonny Freeman) has completely spent Debbie’s resources to pay for his girlfriend Sonia Fowler’s (Natalie Cassidy) IVF procedure, leaving Debbie with no money for her care.

But just before a tense Sonia enters for her embryo transfer, Reiss gets a call telling him that Debbie’s care costs are past due by three months. In reaction, Reiss chooses—without Sonia’s knowledge—to rent out the extra room in order to make some more money. However, she quickly learns of his strategy and is not happy with his most recent one.

When Reiss admits to having financial difficulties, Sonia tells him they’ll figure something out but says they won’t be taking in a lodger. Reiss is given a chance to save his life, though, when Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) gives him a job to collect her overdue bills.

Reciss sees an opening and chooses to use clever accounting to line his own pockets while getting Sharon’s money. When Sharon pays him his salary and a bit more for taking on the job on short notice, he feels bad.

Reiss tells Sonia a falsehood when he gets home, saying he has enough money to pay for Debbie’s care. Will Reiss’s network of falsehoods and dishonesty be exposed?
