Next week on EastEnders, Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) will experience more heartache upon learning of his mother’s passing.

The information was disclosed a few days after Stevie Mitchell (Alan Ford), the estranged father, disclosed that he has two nephews, Harry (Elijah Holloway) and Barney (Lewis Bridgeman), as well as a secret half-brother named Teddy (Roland Manookian).

Even though he was first hesitant to accept the news, he returned to the Mitchell residence and decided to proceed after having a difficult conversation with Stevie.

In later scenes, Billy chooses to surprise his father with a party and tells his son Will (Freddie Phillips) that both of his parents have the same birthday, but he doesn’t know where his mother Val is.

‘Mo is the one to remind him that it’s Stevie’s birthday’ Perry told us.

Neither of them has celebrated a birthday together since Billy was approximately eight years old. Billy makes the decision to take a family-oriented action and promptly organizes something at The Vic.

Billy is reminded of his mother, who was born on the same day as his father, by the fact that it is Stevie’s birthday. He’s thinking, ‘Oh my goodness, she has a birthday too, wherever Mum is.’

After hearing Stevie and Teddy discussing hiding something from Billy, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) hires Ritchie Scott (Sian Webber) to conduct more investigation.

Everyone is ecstatic about the festivities, and Billy gives an impromptu speech about his dad and wishes his mother well, wherever she may be. Sadly, Stevie admits that she is deceased after returning to No. 18.

Perry clarified, saying, “After they leave the party, Phil forces Stevie to tell Billy about his mother’s passing and the circumstances behind it.” Billy is in complete shock because, while learning that she is deceased is difficult in and of itself, there is much more to it.

“Phil may contend that he is shielding Billy, but when he persuades Stevie to deliver the news in that manner, Billy is not on his mind.” Since it’s ruined all Billy has, Phil doesn’t know if it will push him over the line.

“What Billy believed to be true about his mother has been completely disproved.”

Billy becomes enraged at Phil for attempting to stir up trouble with his new relationships, and Stevie starts to question if he still has a place in Walford after the revelation shocks the entire family.

“I’ve known and admired Alan for a long time—he’s a real-life East Ender,” Perry said, singing the praises of his father from the screen.

He’s really amusing and reminds me of my dad in real life. I saw him perform a one-man performance years ago.

I was ecstatic to hear that Alan Ford had been chosen to play Stevie since, in my opinion, only he could portray Billy’s father. Alan has been fantastic during this entire plot, and everyone adores him.

We truly hope he is persuaded to stay!
