The mother of Harry and Barney is in town.
Penny alerts Harry to the fact that Jack is investigating the disappearance of Shireen, his lover. If Penny doesn’t get Jack to back off, Harry threatens to reveal her latest scheme against him.
Penny had to take charge of the issue, so she persuades Jack to allow her to meet Felicity, Shireen’s friend. When Felicity’s version of the Shireen case differs greatly from Harry’s, Penny, who had intended to warn her off, is frightened.
Soon after, Harry is taken into custody by the police. He is ready to board the police vehicle when Nicola, Harry and Barney’s mother, shows up in Walford.
Bernie, meanwhile, returns to Walford and expresses annoyance at Nish being held accountable for Keanu’s death. Suki attempts to calm her down before she goes to confront him.
In another scene, Sharon and Kat both observe Phil growing more and more alone and make an effort to speak with him.
