Belle Dingle of Emmerdale just found out she was pregnant with Tom King’s child, but she decided she wanted to end the relationship.
After making a significant decision about her pregnancy, Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle (played by Eden Taylor-Draper) may be planning her departure.
A coercive control plot between Belle and Tom King (James Chase) is now being explored on the ITV soap opera; recent episodes have shown Tom isolating and controlling his wife more than in the past.
Belle said last week that she is expecting Tom’s child in order to stop him from physically abusing her.
In Tuesday’s Emmerdale episode (June 19), Belle attempted to persuade Tom to add more money to their joint account so she could take a cab to the hospital.
Tom clarified that he could get anything they needed on his way home, in response to Belle’s insistence that she needed the money for shopping. Afterwards, Belle persuaded Daisy Campbell’s character, Amelia Spencer, to watch Piper while she went to her hospital visit.
Belle hid her phone in Esther’s stroller after discovering that Tom had been following her to keep him from finding out where she really was.
With the spare key in hand, Belle drove Tom’s car to the hospital, where she told the nurse that she hadn’t notified her husband about the planned abortion.
Belle said that she had made up her mind and took the tablets home, despite the nurse’s assurances that she could schedule another appointment if she needed more time to consider.
Belle nearly got caught by Tom when he went back to the operation with Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) a few moments after returning to the village.
Belle didn’t realize she had left her hospital parking ticket on the car’s floor, even though it appeared like she had made a narrow escape. If Belle’s medical checkup turns out to be more than it seems, will Tom be compelled to let her go?
Belle started the termination process by taking her first pill later in the show. Tom, on the other hand, was giddy with anticipation at the prospect of becoming a dad.
“It’s amazing isn’t it,” he exclaimed. You are very remarkable. Does it not simply blow your mind that we made that little individual in there? ” Belle, looking dejected, answered simply, “Yeah.”
Tom remarked, trying not to cry in front of her spouse, “Really, this is the best thing that’s ever happened to me, and I can’t wait.” Belle looked at Tom.
