Fans of Emmerdale believe that one cherished villager will be killed off during the “explosive” fire stunt that is presently being filmed.

One of the villagers that Emmerdale fans have been speculating about who might perish in the dramatic barn fire is a well-liked one.

It was recently announced that an anticipated explosive new stunt on the ITV soap opera is going to light screens on fire. Last week, producer Sophie Roper gave a hint as to the drama’s scope when she stated, “I can tell you that there will be fire engines involved.”

Take whatever you will from it, then. “This week of Emmerdale is going to be really exciting,” she continued. Additionally, the dramatic fire storyline on the soap opera began filming this week.

Pictured from the burning barn set are newcomer John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) and veteran Jeff Hordley’s character Cain Dingle carrying a body out of the fire. Additionally, Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) was visible caked in mud and soot.

The soap opera is pushing the envelope with its major moments, but it appears like at least two important characters are in danger of passing away, a source informed The Sun.

Although it has been implied that Moira, the wife of Cain (played by Natalie J. Robb), and Ruby are essential to the plot, other fans believe that a cherished villager will meet an untimely end.

Fans speculated on social media that actor Jurell Carter’s character Nate Robinson is most likely the fire victim, bringing up the recent reports of Carter’s departure from the serial opera.

One fan said on an online Emmerdale forum, “I wonder if Nate dies then… Maybe Cain attempts to save Nate or something if he is involved.

Another wrote: “Yeah. Even if they did manage to kill Nate or something, it would only make Cain’s situation worse. “Jurell is leaving, so it would make sense for Nate to die,” a third person said.

According to a June article, Jurrell will be leaving the village after serving there for five years. The actor initially appeared on the ITV soap in 2019 as Cain’s hidden love child. Soon after, he got involved in a passionate relationship with Moira, his father’s wife.

“Nate has been at the center of some huge storylines and his exit will be no different,” a spokeswoman told The Sun. It will be remembered as a spectacular and explosive event in Emmerdale history. It is not one to be missed.”
