Emmerdale Tom King horrified viewers when he killed innocent pup Piper – but fans fear he is set to murder another beloved pet.
Emmerdale viewers are certain Tom King is set to kill again after he murdered beloved dog Piper.
Fans will recall how Tom (played by James Chase) has been abusing and gaslighting his wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) for months. Recently though, Belle managed to break free and told Tom that their marriage is over.
However, sinister Tom sank to new lows last week when he killed Belle’s beloved dog Piper. After noticing innocent doggy Piper in the middle of the road, Tom drove the car towards her.
At the end of the episode, a frantic Tom was later seen rushing back to the village with Piper wrapped in a blanket.
Pretending to be concerned for the dog he just mowed down with his car, he spotted Belle who was leaving the pub. He then shouted at her and promised he’d do all he could to save Piper.
However, during Monday’s episode (August 19) – Tom ended up killing Piper by lethal injection. Moments before, Belle got emotional saying goodbye to her beloved pooch who was lying on a vet’s bed.
Evil Tom then prepared the injection that would effectively end the dog’s life.
Later on though, it was clear Tom had been rumbled by Belle who saw through his act, and accused him of causing Piper’s injuries.
And while plenty of fans were left appalled by Tom’s behaviour, they also reckon the sick vet could kill again: another beloved pet, Monty, who is part of the Dingle clan.
Over on an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one person mused: “Are there any pets in Emmerdale left? Or has he killed them all off?”
Someone else replied: “Apart from Kim’s horses, there’s only Monty I can think of, wouldn’t surprise me though – if it meant getting an ounce of control over Belle.”
A third penned: “I could see this happening tbh,” as another wrote: “Oh no I hope not, but this is Emmerdale.”
