After vicar Charles Anderson finally told his mother the truth on last week’s episode of Emmerdale, there was plenty of drama.
Fans of Emmerdale have begged the producers of the show to kill off two “unbearable” characters.
Last week, vicar Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) visited the community to tell Claudette (Flo Wilson) the truth about his father.
After accusing Victor (Eddie Odei) of stealing a necklace, Charles believes that he is to responsible for his father’s passing.
To make it appear as though his father had stolen the necklace, the vicar, however, planted it on him.
The priest fled the village in an attempt to escape his difficulties because the guilt has been eating away at him ever since.
Charles’ revelation, as was to be expected, infuriated Claudette, who commanded him to avoid attending her and Victor’s burial.
Numerous fans have expressed their annoyance with Charles and Claudette on social media, and many of them are hoping the figures will leave.
@1stLadyHooligan expressed dissatisfaction with the situation, saying: “Of course,Victor has gone from sinner to hard done by now for Claudette as Charles has revealed the awful reality to her.I hope Claudette departs right away.
“Please let Charles and his mother leave the village,” said @Roz4luv. I’m currently tired with this plot and the “actors” in it.(sic)
“So will Claudette continue to disregard and despise Charles, yet still expect to live under his roof,” @pam_debeauvoir continued.I bet she flipping does, or else she might think about leaving the community. All we can do is hope.
@roscoeleebarnes wrote, “I’m so sick of Charles #Emmerdale,” as @teenamassam implored, “I’d disappear again if I was Charles.”
I hope this means miserable guts Claudette will be departing, said @MeeshyJay.
Be a shame if Claudette were to depart the village right now, commented @BadSanta6996.
Charles was ultimately arrested after attacking Tom King (James Chase) at the pub when he returned to the village last week.
Fans have, however, developed a different theory, predicting that after a flirtatious conversation, Charles’ love Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) will start an affair with Tom.
“For a vicar, Charles isn’t big on human kindness, is he?,” Tom remarked. I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to belittle him.
Oh, don’t worry, Manpreet added, “I will be doing precisely the same. If he ever gets back home. Since his father’s passing, he has been all over the place and is having trouble dealing.
A. “And you?” Tom expressed his worry by saying. You were asked, “Are you coping?”
You don’t look it, Tom observed as the doctor made an effort to reassure him that she was well.
Look, if you have a few minutes, I’m going to get a quick drink.
Manpreet insisted, “You don’t need to hear about my problems,” as Tom remarked, “You looked after me yesterday, it is the least I can do.”
