Ricky Norwood, a former cast member of EastEnders, has been cast in a new Christmas movie.
The 40-year-old actor’s most well-known role was that of Arthur “Fatboy” Chubb in the BBC serial opera, which he performed from 2010 until 2015.
Ricky will now appear in Jingle All the Slay after participating on Dancing on Ice earlier this year.
According to Deadline, Nick Sagar and Alexa Adeosun will also feature in the Charley McDougall-written movie.
They had previously appeared on the same screen as Ricky in the Princess Switch movie series.

The jingle The plot of All the Slay centers on a hitman who is desperate to throw the ideal family Christmas at an opulent lake estate since he has one final opportunity to keep his marriage intact. He keeps his job a secret from his family, but when the government wants him, he has to defend the house from waves of hitmen with seasonal themes.
The movie has not yet been given a release date.
Ricky also participated in the 18th season of Celebrity Big Brother after departing EastEnders, placing second.

He surprised soap opera viewers last year when he staged a “shock return from the dead” by playing EastEnders’ Fatboy again in a flashback episode that took place in 2014.
Fans never saw a body even though his character was supposedly killed off in 2015, and there has been a lot of conjecture over the years that Fatboy could still be alive.
“They’ve had a year full of great storylines,” Ricky told Radio Times earlier this year, adding that “Christmas was fantastic.” Ricky recently stated that he would be open to returning to EastEnders. Therefore, they just need to call me if they ever need Fatboy back in the Square.
