General Hospital Recaps: Monday, September 4
There was no new airshow; only an encore episode.
Together, Carly (Laura Wright), Josslyn (Eden McCoy), Michael (Chad Duell), and Dex (Evan Hofer) try to figure out who might have handed Sonny (Maurice Benard) over to the police. Dex is ultimately held accountable for throwing away the broken, damning USB stick in a public trash can. Sonny’s situation was made known to Drew (Cameron Mathison) by Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Nathaniel Grey’s character, Mason, loves to tease Ava West. Austin (Roger Howarth) is informed by Nikolas (Adam Huss) that he is not yet prepared to assert himself. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Lucy (Lynn Herring) disagree on the best course of action for the circumstance at Deception.
Michael is criticized by both Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Kristina (Kate Mansi). When Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) says that Sonny’s future doesn’t seem promising, Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) are let down. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) continued to be terrorized by Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder). Cody (Josh Kelly) puts on a show for a Ferncliff attending. James Patrick Stuart’s Valentin and Finola Hughes’ Anna both discover the other’s deception. A fertilized embryo is implanted into TJ’s (Tajh Bellow) and Molly’s (Brooke Anne Smith) surrogate mother.
Cody and Sasha’s attempts to get away are thwarted by Dr. Montague. When Gregory (Gregory Harrison) notices Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) celebrating their new apartment, he decides against telling Chase about his ALS diagnosis. The bitter argument Molly has with Kristina goes on. Josslyn learns from Trina (Tabyana Ali) that she does object to Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) habit of spending a lot of time with Esme and Ace. Carly responds to Nina’s message by giving Sonny’s love some wise counsel.
Brook Kerr’s Portia attacks Anna viciously. Donnell Turner’s character, Curtis, swears to find out who shot him. Nina and Ava reconnect. Dex explores the depths of his affection for Sonny, his father figure. Dr. Montague is rendered unconscious by Cody, and he and Sasha flee the scene with help from Sam (Kelly Monaco). Wally Kurth’s “Eddie” records a unique song.
