The General Hospital recaps for October 2–October 6, 2023, include a lot more than just good (FINALLY) beating evil.
At Ferncliff, Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) threatens Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Unknown person breaks into Sasha’s room to stop the attack. Gladys’ (Bonnie Burroughs) attempt to flee to Puerto Rico is thwarted by Sam (Kelly Monaco). Before revealing that he is fully aware of Gladys’ crimes against Sasha, Sonny (Maurice Benard) arrives and lets Gladys portray herself as the victim.
Jordan (Tanisha Harper) listens to Anna (Finola Hughes) as she explains all of her theories. Jon Lindstrom’s character Kevin tries to talk Laura (Genie Francis) out of continuing to look for Nikolas (Adam Huss). By phone, Laura is asked to help Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) deal with Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Martin (Michael E. Knight) will stand up for Charlotte if necessary, according to Valentin.

To Sasha’s aid come Cody (Josh Kelly), Mac (John J. York), and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Dr. Montague has been detained. Gladys is exiled to Bridgeport by Sonny. Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) are in love. Tracy (Jane Elliot) unintentionally revealed to Chase (Josh Swickard) Gregory’s (Gregory Harrison) ALS diagnosis. Valentin tells Anna (Finola Hughes) a story that is quite unbelievable.
Sonny tells his loved ones about his intention to run away with Nina (Cynthia Watros). Katelyn MacMullen’s Willow and Chad Duell’s Michael debate accepting their invitations. Sonny persuades Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to advocate for Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) release using the influence of her newspaper. Robert (Tristan Rogers) is enlisted by Anna to help.
