Spoilers and news for General Hospital tease Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is finally helped by Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). He provides Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) with information she can use in court as well as the much-needed assurance she won’t lose Deception Cosmetics.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Scott is more familiar with Port Charles than the Quartermaines are, and he is personally aware of Tracy’s long list of criminal offenses. The key, he explains to Lucy, has been to locate evidence of an instance in which the statute of limitations has not yet expired. In the past, she could have been charged with assault on numerous occasions for slapping him, but he chose not to do so because all she would have accomplished was to have the charges dropped.

General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Quartermaine Committed A Laundry List Of Crimes

In order to get her to drop her lawsuit, Scott has been searching for serious crimes for which she hasn’t already been tried or for which no warrants have been issued. Though it might be the proverbial “pot calling the kettle black,” he and Lucy can’t think of anything else at the moment but to blackmail Tracy.

GH Spoilers: Scott Baldwin Discovers A Warrant Is Still Good

When Scott learns that a warrant that is only three years old is still valid, he is extremely shocked. Tracy had falsely accused Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) of being a drunk driver before fleeing the country.

She has returned several times with the same warrant, and the first time she returned after Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) passing, she was detained.

The only issue is that Alexis refused to testify, so they were left with no choice but to dismiss the case. Nevertheless, it appears that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) did not nullify the warrant. Scott promises Lucy that he will make an effort to convince Alexis to make a threat to testify and resurrect the Tracy case; even just a threat and evidence of a warrant that is still in effect might be enough, according to Scott.

General Hospital Spoilers: Sounds Like A Plan That Might Work

Nothing Lucy has done thus far has been able to silence Tracy or convince her to change her mind, so she admits that the plan sounds like one that might succeed. If she can persuade Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to admit that her grandmother blackmailed her into engaging in corporate espionage, she also has another piece of information that might be useful. She informs Scott that Brook Lynn was just fired by Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) for giving Tracy the confidential files she had downloaded from Maxie’s computer about The Deceptor. All Scott can say in response to that is, “Wow, that tops “dysfunctional” for the Quartermaine family by a thousand miles.”

But what else would one anticipate from a woman who denied her father his heart medication, resulting in a heart attack, and then sent him to Shadybrook. She recently attempted to harm Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) in the same way, but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) quickly stopped her.
