On Wednesday, October 11, General Hospital spoilers and updates hint at sage advice, job offers, and unexpected encounters. Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) has an unexpected run-in with his past, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) responds to a job offer, and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) offers sage advice.
General Hospital Spoilers: On The Job Training
Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) acclimates Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), who has reported to GH for her on-the-job training as a patient advocate.
Felicia is asked by Stella if she wants to change things up again, and she responds by asking what Stella has in mind. Felicia is thrilled to be entering a new stage of her life and beginning a new career that is much less risky than working as a private eye or spy. Felicia seems eager to get going, but Stella will undoubtedly caution her that not everything will be happy and sunny.
She might be reminded by Stella that when she first arrived in Port Charles, she served as the patient advocate for Mike Corbin (Max Gail). When loss and death occur, one cannot always get too
GH Spoilers: Wise Advice
At the Ashford-Robinson residence, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) talks to his father about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and follows his own sage advice. Curtis says he doesn’t think he can tell his daughter who to be with or what to do, and he’d be right. Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) listens.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who wanted to stop it before Trina left for New York City with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), was told not to get involved. Trina is of legal age, and had Portia intervened, all it would have accomplished was to infuriate Trina. Trina will soon arrive with gifts for Curtis after catching up with her father and grandfather.
General Hospital Spoilers: Dinner Tonight?
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will confess to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) after he rushes over to her at work. When he asks her if she can join him for dinner tonight, she appears to be at the Nurses’ Station. When he asks, she doesn’t seem too enthusiastic, but perhaps she simply has a better idea.
The news that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) had told Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that their father had ALS made for an emotional day for Finn. To be fair, she believed he was already aware, and when she found out he wasn’t, he drugged her.
GH Spoilers: Job Offers
Portia tells someone in a GH office that she has changed her mind and that Stella advises her to accept an offer to serve as co-chief of staff. Given the job’s high level of responsibility, it sounds like she either had to consider taking it or flat-out declined.
However, she’s all in now and will soon begin the next stage of her career! Since Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) passing, the position has been vacant. It’s a difficult job at times, but someone has to do it.
General Hospital Spoilers: Emotional Regrets
Greg and Chase will both have tears in their eyes as Finn and their father Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) arrive at Chase’s apartment.
Greg says he’s sorry and says it’s not fair to him that he didn’t tell his younger son about his terminal illness sooner. As the Chase family comes together and decides what to do next, this scene will prove to be very emotional.
Gregory’s ALS is getting worse, so it’s impossible to say how much time he will have left to check things off his bucket list. They might decide to arrange one final family vacation with Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
GH Spoilers: Confrontation
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), who had been trying to console Chase, has since left the apartment and is now en route to the Quartermaine mansion. She wants to confront Tracy for trying to exert control over the Chase family’s life by interfering in it like she does with everyone else’s.
Chase assumed he already knew about his father’s ALS and coerced Tracy into saying it, failing to clarify that it was a slip of the tongue on her part. A knock on the door interrupts their conversation as Tracy asks her specifically what she believes she did.
General Hospital Spoilers: Surprise Encounters
Still at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy and Brook Lynn are taken aback when Brook Lynn’s long-absent mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) knocks on the door.
Brook Lynn is thrilled, but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is even more thrilled that Lois is returning to Port Charles after a brief visit in 2005. Tracy, not so much, and Lois feels the same way. Just then, Eddie enters the room and claims to know Tracy!
Eddie is told by Lois that she is his ex-wife and the mother of his daughter, so of course he does. He claims she was in his dream; Lois is the siren who provided the inspiration for his song, so that’s not how he knows her.
