She didn’t disclose her pregnancy when she abruptly left the area to move to New York City for work, leaving Julian Jerome (William deVry) behind. She may give a different account of what happened now that Julian isn’t there to contradict her. Her official account to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was that nothing happened the night she drugged him in an attempt to become pregnant by rape.
According to rumors, Kim may try to wiggle her way back into Drew’s life with the son she has named after him if she learns that he is serving time in prison while he is away from his loved ones and friends.

Kim might have been pacing back and forth in her Manhattan apartment ever since Drew’s conviction, wondering whether or not she should re-enter his world.
They did share a child together, albeit a deceased one, even though she didn’t exactly leave on friendly terms. Does this mean they are no longer related?
She would undoubtedly be granted admission to see him at Pentonville if she were his mother.

He visited her home in search of safety as a wanted man, but all he discovered was a housekeeper who was actually Andrew’s nanny.

General Hospital Spoilers — Cyrus Presses Drew’s Weakness
Nothing occurs in the prison without being reported to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Cyrus might know more about Drew’s new visitor than even what Drew leaves with when they leave. As they both operated in the same mob circles over the years, it stands to reason that Cyrus would have connections to Julian. Things could get very interesting once he realizes Drew isn’t telling Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) about Kim’s visit. After all, Cyrus enjoys a good game of blackmail. Will he, despite being well aware that the child is actually Julian’s, not hold Drew’s purported baby over the head of his cellmate?
