Sam Frost, an expectant actress, responded to a troll on social media who claimed she was “weary” after a day of pampering.

The 33-year-old ex-Home and Away star, who is engaged to Jordie Hansen and expecting their first child together, tweeted a direct message from a follower on Thursday that said, “You seem exhausted.”

She dismissed the criticism, assuring fans that “people in my DMs are making me feel amazing…”

She went on to say she was tired, but that’s to be expected given she is with child.

‘Thank you. I’m also superwoman and my body is doing some pretty amazing things right now. So yeah, I might look a little tired,’ she said.

She had earlier explained she was treating herself with a pamper day.

Because this mama bear was exhausted, sore, and cranky, “Bub and I had a Treat Yo Self Day today,” she wrote.

Sam received a pre-natal massage, a facial, a manicure, and eyebrow grooming.

It happens soon after Sam spent her last Christmas with her family before giving birth to her first kid.

The former Bachelorette had earlier explained she was treating herself with a pamper day, before chilling out at home with her dog

The former Bachelorette shared a photo to Instagram on December 25 of herself and fiancé Jordie Hansen looking very festive.

In the image, Sam flaunted her growing baby bump in a short pink dress as she posed alongside her husband-to-be.

‘It’s amazing how much can change in a year. I grew a boyfriend and a baby. Sending love to everyone this Christmas,’ she wrote.

Sam and Jordie became engaged in July after just five months of dating, and announced in September they were expecting a child.
