Home and Away has acknowledged that classic episodes will air again during the UK’s holiday season.

For the second year in a row, beginning tomorrow, November 20, viewers will be treated to well-known episodes from the 36-year history of the Australian soap opera every weekday at 12 p.m. on the My5 streaming service.

We will be treated to six distinct themes over the course of the next six weeks, including “from the Bay to LA,” first appearances, unforgettable moments, weddings, and renowned faces.

Given that this first week will include cameo appearances from Ed Sheeran, Michael Palin, Nick Grimshaw, and Atomic Kitten, we’re guessing it will also happen in that sequence.

This week, Dannii Minogue will also be highlighted, despite the fact that she portrayed a real figure in the adolescent romantic drama Emma Jackson.

The most recent UK episode of the soap opera ended on a cliffhanger, with Leah and Justin fighting for their life while stranded in an abandoned warehouse. The show is presently on hiatus.

James Stewart, who plays Justin, recently stated to Digital Spy: “I heard about it after we shot it, but I didn’t realize it was the UK finale at the time. Since it’s not often that two performers play the same part in an entire tale, I knew this episode would be remarkable. This felt incredibly special because they trusted us enough to buy new cameras and a good portion of the budget.”

Watchers checking in to Channel 5 at 1pm will be treated to an extended installment of Alexis Conran’s current affairs show, followed by two made-for-TV Christmas movies at 1.30pm, since the classic episodes are landing on My5 rather than the channel itself.
