“It’s made me more loving.”
Star of Home and Away James Stewart has talked candidly about his relationship with his daughter Scout.
In an Australian magazine Who picture shoot with a father and daughter, James, who portrays Justin Morgan in the serial opera, discussed their bond.
James clarified, “I’m a better man now, definitely, because of fatherhood.” “I’ve become more compassionate, patient, vigilant, active in life, and incredibly protective and caring.
Primarily, it has enhanced my capacity for love. I always make sure to tell Scout I love her before she goes to bed. I see to it that she knows, “Daddy loves you.”
Scout is eleven years old now, and James is a little anxious about her approaching adolescence.
“It seems like all dads are a little anxious about their daughters growing up,” he chuckled. However, I’m also quite happy for her. She will get stronger, wiser, and kinder as she matures, and I’m sure there will be challenging days along the way.”
