Lincoln Younes paid a cool $925,000 for this stylish Bondi apartment.
According to The Sunday Telegraph, the 31-year-old purchased the elegant two-bedroom home, which is tucked away between the well-known Bondi Beach and the busy Bondi Junction.
The house has a sophisticated Art Deco design from the 1930s.
Part of a 12-unit low-rise, this superb property was previously listed with Ray White Woollahra Paddington but was not successful in finding a buyer.
But Younes noticed it when it was recently posted with Ray White Eastern Beaches Coogee, and within a week, it was snapped up.
Admirers of the former actor from Home and Away will appreciate the stylishly remodeled kitchen in the flat, which has a breakfast bar.
In 2014, the Bondi gem was last sold for $686,000.
Realestate.com.au reports that the average price of these Bondi beauties is a substantial $1,275,000, a 20% decrease from the previous year, indicating that Younes received a great deal.
He also has a feature role in the Stan Original series C*A*U*G*H*T starring alongside Hollywood star Sean Penn, Ben O’Toole and Alexander England.
