Andrew Forrest (nicknamed Twiggy), an Australian businessman, and Nicola Maurice had a second child, Sophia.

With a combined wealth of $32 billion, the couple—who announced their divorce in July after 31 years of marriage—is among Australia’s wealthiest pairs.

Andrew, 61, is the founder and executive chairman of Fortescue Metals Group, a producer of iron ore located in Western Australia, which is said to be the source of most of their riches.

Nicola has been the impetus behind the family’s charity endeavors, even though Andrew has been managing the ore mines for the past three decades.

They made history in 2013 as the first billionaires in Australia to join The Giving Pledge, an initiative that commits the richest people on the planet to donating the bulk of their wealth to charity causes.

Sydney is Sophia’s brother and Grace is her sister.

Sophia fully agrees with Andrew and Nicola’s revelation that their children will not inherit their incredible wealth.

In 2017, the soap actor said to Sunday Life magazine published by Fairfax Media, “I’ve never really understood inheritance.”

Stunning fiancée

Sophia is getting married to 27-year-old actress Zoe Zara.

The couple, who got together while filming Ride Like a Girl in 2019, confirmed their engagement in April 2022 via a cute Instagram video.

Before Zoe raised her hand and showed the camera her stunning diamond ring, the two women could be seen cuddling up to each other in a river in the video.

The Aquaman actor captioned the picture, “She makes heaven a place on earth,” adding the date “21.4.22” and a ring emoji.

One week later, the lovely blonde confessed her handsome fiancé had proposed to her.

Sophia gushed: “Oh me oh my, she proposed back what a dream” as the happy couple held their engagement rings up to the camera.

In an interview with The Sunday Telegraph, the TV personality opened up about their engagement and stated, “The overwhelming support and love we have received from our family and friends has been one of the most joyful experiences of my life.”

The Water Diviner co-star Russell Crowe was allegedly dating Sophia in 2017, according to rumors.

After seeing The Mummy together, they aroused rumors, and then they were photographed together during an NRL game in Sydney.

The Australian magazine Women’s Day mistakenly said the couple were dating, and the 59-year-old actor, who is 31 years older than Sophia, lambasted the accusations.

The Gladiator actor blasted the magazine’s “deliberate lies” on social media.

Can you please stop lying on purpose about relationships I’ve never had in your s***-filled pages? In an angry tweet addressed to Women’s Day, he wrote, “Thanks in advance.
