She’s come a long way since acting debut on Home and Away and tackled a series of her own dramas along the way. Let’s take a look at where the gorgeous star is now…
Actress Tammin Sursok made her television debut in 1999 after successfully passing her first audition for a part in the Australian serial opera Home and Away.
She portrayed Dani Sutherland, the Sutherland family’s rebellious eldest daughter who assumed control of the Caravan Park.
She quickly packed her things and relocated to the United States, where she quickly rose to fame after appearing on Pretty Little Liars.
The actress experienced her own share of struggles off-screen as she took on a number of suspenseful themes on the big screen.

Pretty Little Liars fame
Tammin Sursok got her acting break on Home and Away, but she became an international star after appearing on Pretty Little Liars.
The star played Jenna Marshall from 2010 to 2017, and said the confusion of playing a blind character has resulted in some rather awkward encounters.
“People think I’m actually blind in real life which makes me feel like I’m a really good actress because, like, obviously I can see!” she told The Kyle and Jackie O Show at the time.
But the mother of two no longer keeps in touch with several of her former cast members from the popular show.
Tammin curtly retorted, “Not really,” after a fan enquired on Instagram about if she was still in touch with the Pretty Little Liars cast.
Along with Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Holly Marie Combs, and Lucy Hale, Tammin co-starred in the show.
Her portrayal as Colleen Carlton on The Young and the Restless is among some of her other enduring roles.
Famous husband
Considering that she is wed to actor, producer, and director Sean McEwen, Tammin is not the only well-known person in her family.
2011 saw the union of the couple in a charming ceremony in Florence, Italy.
Sean is renowned for creating the television series Aussie Girl, the kidnapping drama Graceland, and the romance comedy another Happy Day.
In April 2013, the couple agreed to an exclusive publishing agreement with the Australian publication Woman’s Day for their wedding photographs. Sursok revealed that her movie Sleeping Around was actually being shot when she was getting married.
Phoenix and Lennon, the couple’s daughters, were born.
Tammin opened out about how Covid almost cost her her spouse.
The actress gushed in a post she shared in celebration of their 10-year wedding anniversary in December 2021: “To darling Sean, on our 10-year wedding anniversary. Almost lost you a year ago. My heart began to crumble as I was driving down the street, I can still remember.
“‘I don’t recall a recollection that didn’t include you. Without needing you, without smiling, without surviving, without dreaming, and without loving you. You are in my memories.
The toughest experience Tammin had was witnessing her husband’s illness, she said to Daily Mail Australia, and she “didn’t know if he was going to pull through.”
Sean battled the coronavirus in January and lost 6.8kg as a result of his sickness.
“It was terrible. I think it was one of the worst things I’ve ever done. Tammin remarked, “I didn’t know if he was going to survive.
Bullying
Tammin said that she had once been bullied due of her weight in an Instagram post to her 1.4 million followers back in 2016.
The article was a part of her #ThisIsBeautiful hashtag campaign, which attempts to empower individuals and shift perceptions of what constitutes beauty.
She addressed her followers in a moving Instagram post, which featured several old pictures: “When I was 13, I weighed about 90 kgs, “She started the montage movie. “I had a lot of bullying, and males were cruel to me.
“They would throw rocks at my head and kids would laugh behind my back. All I wanted was to be an actress and musician and it was the only time I felt happy.
“A guy I had a crush on told me I would never amount to anything. I told him to watch this space,” she added.
“I was bullied for most of my adolescence,” she added, before offering up some words of encouragement to anyone else who may be in the same situation.
“I promise you that you are worthy, you are enough and I want you to GET UP.”
“Your dreams can come true, but it’s up to you. I see you. I got you,” she concluded the post with the hashtag ️#antibullying.
