Kate Ritchie, 43, split from her 25-year-old businessman boyfriend John Bell earlier this month.
And it appears the former Home and Away star already has a secret admirer.
The radio host praised a mysterious person on Instagram Stories on Wednesday after getting a magnificent – and extremely pricey – floral arrangement.
‘Thank you… whoever you are,’ she cryptically captioned the breathtaking bouquet.
Kate’s bouquet consisted of blue and white flowers surrounded by what appeared to be indigenous.
The former Home and Away star’s statement comes after she and her ex-cyber security clerk split up earlier this year after their romance faded out.
‘Kate is single. Lockdown is to blame,’ a source told Daily Mail Australia earlier this month.
‘Despite the fact that Victoria’s borders opened just a few weeks ago, Kate and John haven’t seen one other since January. She hasn’t expressed an interest in going to see him.
After a turbulent relationship with her ex-husband, football player Stuart Webb, in 2019, Kate has been enjoying life again.
Woman’s Day revealed photographs of Kate exiting Sydney hotspot Bondi Icebergs with an unknown male earlier this month.
Tim Blackwell, Kate’s radio co-star, seemed to imply that a new romance was in the works, remarking that she looked exceptionally glam for merely a ‘workday.
‘Why is Kate so dressed up for work?’ Tim wondered, referring to a photo of her wearing the same black dress she wore on the expedition.
Kate and John were last seen together in January at Byron Bay, New South Wales, on a PDA-filled vacation.
Kate and John are said to have slept at an Airbnb and spent the majority of their time lounging in their private mineral salt pool and eating at some of Byron Bay’s best eateries.
While little is known about John, resurfaced court records show he has had a minor brush with the law.
According to court documents, John was charged with careless driving in March 2015 but was not found guilty.
John started the security solutions business VIREOSS in September 2019.
He runs the company from the small town of Seymour, an hour and a half from Melbourne.
Meanwhile, Kate has kept a quiet profile since her divorce from Stuart Webb, a retired NRL player, after ten years of marriage.
While the exact date of Kate and Stuart’s split is unknown, she hasn’t worn her wedding ring in over a year and moved out of their marital home in Randwick, Sydney, in late 2019.
Following an incident at the residence, authorities issued an interim AVO on Kate’s behalf against the former rugby league player.
Stuart’s five-time drunk driving history was revealed in a police fact sheet in December 2019, as he faced court for blowing 0.083 after he was stopped by highway patrol officers in the city’s east in March of that year.
