Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) best watch her back in Emmerdale, as Kim Tate (Claire King) is hot on her heels!
It’s joyous to see Kim back to her classic, soap super bitch self.
Recently in the ITV soap we’ve seen the iconic character booted out of Home Farm after a spectacular falling out with her husband Will Taylor’s (Dean Andrews) family.
Ever since his ex-wife Rose (Christine Tremarco) arrived it’s been clear that she wanted a reconciliation, more recently spiking his drink so she could jump into bed with him. This quickly backfired, when her daughter Dawn (Olivia Bromley) consumed the drink and crashed her car.
As viewers know, it’s actually Ruby who is manipulating Rose into getting her own back on Kim, and she arranged for a pretend drug dealer to turn up at the house demanding money from Kim – so that it looked like she was the one who spiked Dawn.
Kim became adamant that her arch-enemy Caleb (William Ash), Ruby’s husband, was behind the incident and began to plot her revenge in yesterday’s episode.
Coincidentally, he’d just been given news that his car firm had been burnt to the ground and Ruby was convinced that Kim was behind the arson attack.
In tonight’s episode, with Kim still staying at the B&B, Rose continued to make herself at home in the Emmerdale mansion house, cooking up a breakfast for Will.
With her feet firmly under the table, Ruby arrived and told her to up her game… she had to sleep with Will.
As he headed down into the village and tried to make amends with Kim, it became clear that she was too focussed on Caleb and he walked off disappointed.
Later, she headed to The Mill and confronted Ruby head on about her plotting with Rose. She knew everything, and clocked a limited edition cognac on the kitchen island that had been stolen from Home Farm.
In a blistering showdown, she branded Ruby a ‘bargain basement Lady Macbeth’, and after being accused of causing the fire at Caleb’s business she warned Ruby to ’stay away from [her] family or it won’t just be [the] business that gets burnt.’
Sadly, it seemed that Rose’s plot to bed Will was in full swing by that point, as he drowned his sorrows over his earlier confrontation with Kim. Rose saw this as the perfect opportunity to lean in for a kiss…
Will he realise the error of his ways before it’s too late?
