Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) eyes up his new housemate Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) in Coronation Street next week.
He clearly doesn’t care that she’s recently reconciled with boyfriend Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott)!
Earlier this year, the two reunited when he returned to Weatherfield following a short stay in Scotland.
Viewers of the ITV soap will remember that Ryan protected Daisy during a horrific acid attack last year. Before long, the two bonded over their shared recovery experience and fell in love.
Their affair had devastating consequences for Daisy’s boyfriend Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), and he sparked Ryan’s brief departure. However, upon his return, things were kicking off again…
Daniel’s ex-girlfriend Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) was desperate to get a big scoop for gossip magazine Chit-Chat, and she plagued youngster Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) for information on the acid attack and affair.
After facing the backlash from her article, Bethany pleaded with her editor to take it down but it was too late.
In upcoming scenes, shifty bent copper Kit Green eyes up Daisy.
Now that Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) has moved out of the Rovers spare bedroom and into No. 2 Conifer Avenue, Kit eyes it up as a potential place to live and be closer to his family.
To make things better, the pub is gossip central and means he’ll be able to get some more dirt on the locals!
As he begins to move his stuff in, Ryan is too busy eyeing up his vinyl collection and doesn’t notice that he’s eyeing up his girlfriend. Later, he suggests to Kit that they grab a drink together.
Is Ryan’s heart about to be broken again?
