After appearing in the ITV serial opera Emmerdale for almost 20 years, actress Charley Webb quit her job as Debbie Dingle two years ago.

Charley Webb, who had played Debbie Dingle on ITV, has a totally different appearance now.

The 35-year-old actress posted a behind-the-scenes photo of herself getting ready for a new job.

Charley announced to her followers in July of this year that she will be joining the cast of the stage play Quiz, a dramatized version of the Who Wants to be a Millionaire? game show scandal from 2001.

Charley has been giving fans a preview of what they may anticipate seeing before the performance begins tomorrow. She will be portraying Diana Ingram, the wife of Charles Ingram who was charged with cheating on the quiz show.

The actress posed in front of a mirror wearing a skintight black crop top and a wig cap that was set to transform her into Diana.

Before into character, the actress accessorized her appearance to show off her abs by wearing black jogging pants and a few basic necklaces.

Wig cap and tracksuits for the near future, she said in the caption. It’s a glance.

Charley has revealed she will return to television later this month, so this isn’t the last acting job fans will see her in.

Viewers will recognize the 35-year-old actress as PC Anna Lawson in the upcoming ITV thriller The Long Shadow.

At the end of September, the seven-part series, which examines Peter Sutcliffe’s crimes, will premiere.

Since leaving Emmerdale in 2021, Charley is rumored to have never been on television before.

She took maternity leave from the ITV serial and later said she had no plans to return; it appears that her husband, Matthew Wolfenden, will do the same.

Fans anticipate saying farewell to the figure they have known as David Metcalfe for 17 years later this year.

He said, in reference to his leaving, on This Morning earlier this month: “You know what, I met my wife on the show, and we’ve had three kids.

“I have had a fantastic profession for 18 years, but it has also given me a family. As a result, it has played a significant role in my life.

They’ve pledged not to kill me off, so the door is left open. I have the right to tell you that.

“So, who knows, I might be back, but we’ll see.”
