In Emmerdale, Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Caleb (William Ash) have declared a truce despite pigs flying and hell freezing over.
Cain and Caleb have been able to come to an agreement after moving past the betrayal of the falsehoods about the car company and the beating Caleb endured due to the gun crime.
Although the two have agreed to collaborate on the vehicle company, they have also taken their first hesitant moves toward forming a fraternity. Caleb is now formally a member of the Dingle clan because he is permitted to drink from the holy welly. As a result, Cain must now accept him as a member of the pack.
Who would have thought that the brothers would end up planning a quick holiday for the men together after bonding at the Dingle ceremony?
time the two are joking about over a pint at the Woolie, Cain receives an ominous text and asks Caleb if he feels like leaving town for a time. After that, Cain secretly makes a call that he keeps from his brother and they prepare to go for their road trip.
In order to keep the nosy women off Moira (Natalie J. Robb) and Chas (Lucy Pargeter), Cain asks Caleb for assistance in coming up with an excuse.
Then, like Thelma and Louise, Cain and Caleb choose to stick together as they embark on their journey. How times have changed, boy! They are traveling where. And to what will they go back?
It appears as though there was a struggle, as a seething Despite her requests for Cain to stay, Moira observes him depart. He is in for a world of misery, so the drive better be worthwhile.
