The 22-year-old Jodie Jenkins, who is thought to be estranged from her mother Danniella Westbrook, reportedly begged admirers to quit interfering when they asked her to get in touch.
Having been “cut out” by her youngest child Jodie, who had declared they had a “healthy relationship” just last year, former EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook says she is heartbroken. However, Jodie has since advised her fans not to get involved.
In a memorial to Jodie that was posted on Instagram last week, 49-year-old Danniella lamented: “With all my heart, I miss my daughter.
“I miss so much of what we did together. But after the lovely birthday I planned for her on her 21st birthday last year, I was abruptly pulled out of her life again within a month.
She said, “It has broken my heart, but I just hope she knows how proud I am to be her mother x And I love her always. X”
Some of Jodie’s 125,000 followers flocked to her page and left comments on a lovely photo of the beauty, who resembles her mother exactly at that age.
But they didn’t get the reaction they would have expected.
“Reach out to your mom,” one advised. She misses you and loves you. Life is too brief.
Jodie said, “If you don’t know the situation please don’t comment, thank you.”
She responded to a different fan in a similar manner when he requested that she contact her mother. She wished you a happy birthday on Instagram.
You don’t know my life, so don’t comment, Jodie shot back.
Days after lamenting the lack of communication from her daughter, Danniella later shared a mysterious image of Marilyn Monroe waving farewell from a moving vehicle with the caption: “When someone blocks me & expects me to care. Bye C**t.”
Jodie revealed her early years to the Daily Star last year, saying she was raised in the USA with her businessman father Kevin Jenkins.
Even though Danniella was portraying Sam Mitchell in EastEnders on British television at the time, Jodie claimed the two had maintained contact “as much as we can” despite the time difference.
“I grew up with my dad when she was on EastEnders, so I did MMA, I did jujitsu, and I’m quite a tomboy,” she recounted.
“Nowadays, I have quite a healthy relationship with my mother and father, so it’s lovely, she’s doing really well,” she continued at the time.
Jodie also disclosed that because of her renowned mother, she has been the target of internet troll assaults, stalking, and jealousy.
The influencer said, “Whether they are Obama or Danniella Westbrook, you are going to get teased for who your mum or dad is because they are in the spotlight and people are envious.”
