After a terrifying crash occurs in Emmerdale soon, characters’ lives will be left in limbo.
Fans will learn Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) overheard a conversation between Mack Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) in upcoming Emmerdale scenes.
Chloe and Mack were going to take a vacation in Scotland, but after hearing Mack and Charity’s conversation last week, she feels sick with betrayal.
However, Chloe is happily reassured when Mack tells her he loves her after Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) claims she was able to forgive her cheating partner.
Later, Mack reconciles with Charity and kisses her on the forehead, but Chloe is watching as they separate after a tender hug. She queries the couple about their relationship.
Before she leaves Reuben with Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano), Chloe puts on an act of forgiveness, but when she’s by herself, her smile transforms into an expression of utter hatred.
As Chloe drives, Mack is blissfully unaware of her disjointed mental state, and they soon come across Charity who has broken down on the side of the road.
Although Chloe offers to give her a ride, the tension is unbearable.
Then, with her plan to abandon Charity and Mack somewhere remote in full swing, Chloe purposefully misses their turn and heads for the moors.
Before a car hits them, Charity begins to panic and orders Chloe to stop.
After the collision, Mack regains consciousness but becomes terrified when he realizes the car is hanging precariously over a precipice.
The terrified driver tries to exit the car, but as he does, the car shifts and creeks.
When Charity wakes up and realizes what has happened before Chloe does as well, she is paralyzed in fear.
Chloe puts her trust in Mack as he tries to lead Charity and her out of the vehicle and to safety, but she knocks the wheels and the vehicle begins to veer off.
Who will Mackenzie assist first out of the two women who are both pleading for help? Could he possibly lose Chloe or Charity?
Will either of the two characters perish as a result of the terrifying ordeal?
