Emmerdale Fans 'work Out' Baby Reuben's Real Dad As Chloe Harris' Star Teases Fate

In anticipation of an explosive Super Soap Week in which Reuben’s parents, Mackenzie Boyd (played by Lawrence Robb) and Chloe Harris (played by Jessie Elland), will be involved in a crash, Emmerdale fans appear to believe they have figured out who the baby’s real father is.

Upcoming scenes show Chloe in shock after learning that Mack had an affair with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) behind her back and that he intended to exact revenge.

Chloe devises a plan as the two leave for a vacation in Scotland, but things change when they notice Charity has broken down on the road.

Things become tense as Chloe begins grilling her future husband about his sex after offering to take the landlady in the car.

However, before anyone can react, a car plows into the side of them, endangering their lives.

Will every member of the village survive this life-or-death situation? And could Reuben the infant be abandoned by his parents?

In a recent exclusive interview with Express.co.uk and other media outlets, the trio hinted at what their characters will experience.

After predicting Mack will decide to save Charity, Jessie was questioned about whether Chloe has “given up” and she replied, “I don’t think she has.

“I don’t think she has any perception of him having to save anyone because at that moment they are both climbing out [of the car].”

“I think is more realising the severity of the situation and that it could plummet and all three of them are at risk.”

When quizzed on whether Chloe is still seeking revenge on Mack and Charity, the soap star went on: “I think it is out of her mind at that point. It is such a high-stakes situation.”

Emma chipped in: “There is a moment where we are in it together.

“I think that is the moment where we all joined forces to try and survive.”

Fans appear to believe that baby Reuben is not the farmer’s child despite the drama and whether Chloe or Mack survives the collision.

One fan speculated on X, formerly known as Twitter, that “this Harry guy in #Emmerdale is going to be Reuben’s dad? He’s not Mack’s, as everyone is saying.

Another person made the following prediction: “My gut feeling is that Reuben will get sick and need a kidney or something, and Mack will be tested as a potential donor and then he’ll realize he’s not Reuben’s dad. To me, that sounds like a plan.

A third person commented, “Yeah I actually think this would be a good twist, it’s obviously not Mack’s, especially with Chloe trying to get pregnant again so soon.”

Others, however, are certain that Harry, the newcomer (Robert Beck), may actually be Chloe’s real father and not the biological father of her child.

One shared: “This Harry is obviously Chloe’s dad ain’t he #Emmerdale.” While somebody else suggested: “#Emmerdale He’s definitely what’s her name’s dad. I think.. Maybe.. You know, her that’s with Mack.”
