General Hospital Spoilers: Dex Heller’s New Mission, Joins John Cates To Bring Down Sonny Corinthos

According to teasers for the Tuesday, March 19 episode of General Hospital (GH), viewers were taken aback when Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) “turned himself in” to Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

After learning that the henchman was going to kill an injured Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) under Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) orders but refrained because the mafia leader stopped him, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) ended their relationship.

Dex was compelled to go to the PCPD and confess to Anna as a result, but things took an intriguing turn.

According to GH teasers, Dex told Anna everything, but he was not taken into custody. The source was a waste of government money and a lack of evidence, but as Dex left Devane’s officer, he vowed to help her bring Sonny down whenever she wanted.

Well, that quickly became ugly. Even after the crime leader had driven Dex out of town, he had remained devoted to Sonny. Could Dex join the police force and work under Anna’s supervision?

He might be overtrained for that line of work, particularly since he would be at the bottom of the force hierarchy. But he could be useful to the FBI.

GH Spoilers: John “Jagger” Cates Desperately Needs An Ally

This “new” John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington), despite being adored in the 1990s, is making enemies left, right, and center in the little community.

His interactions with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), Anna, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and Brooklyn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) demonstrate how many people he is offending.

It was a poor idea to try to question Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) in the absence of a caregiver or other adult

.John could therefore use a local ally, and it appears like Dex Heller would make the ideal one.

Both of them now despise the mob boss, and since John is trying to find Corinthos, Heller might be the one to help FBI agent Cates put Sonny to death if Dex finds out—through Anna or by chance discovering this information.
