Next week’s Coronation Street will see Jenny confess to Carla that she stole the money to buy The Rovers, while Steve hides Tommy’s letter from Tracy.
Meanwhile, Maria struggles with her anxiety about Liam.

1. Bethany has suspicions about Daisy
Bethany makes a joke about Daisy having to have spent a fortune when she sees her stepping out of Tim’s cab with several shopping bags. Daisy maintains that everything comes from secondhand stores, but Bethany finds her defensiveness intriguing.
Later, Bethany advises Daisy that they should maintain a low financial profile after she overhears Jenny criticizing Daisy for spending so much money.
When Tim tells Bethany that Daisy was shopping in Manchester’s downtown rather than the neighborhood’s charity stores, Bethany realizes that Daisy was lying.
2. Bethany makes a discovery
In an attempt to win Daniel over, Bethany pretends to be willing to assist Daisy cook supper as she investigates Daisy’s lies.
Reluctantly, Daisy accepts Bethany’s offer, but not before she switches the oven’s temperature up and burns Daisy’s dessert. Daisy, frustrated, leaves to get a replacement.
Bethany quickly goes through the drawers and stuffs Stephen’s journal into her bag when Jenny summons Ryan over to the bar. Bethany quickly learns what Jenny and Daisy have been up to when she reads the journal.
3. Jenny is under pressure
Bethany accuses Jenny and Daisy of being suddenly wealthy without delay, and when Carla pokes fun at her, Jenny has to hide her fear.
Jenny begs Daisy to help them find a quick method to reimburse Carla as the net closes in, but Daisy dismisses her idea, believing that all they should do is remain silent.
Later, Sally is impressed with Daisy’s newest acquisition at the Rovers’ karaoke night. Jenny becomes enraged and lashes out at Daisy for showing off her wealth, not realizing that their disagreement is captured on camera.
4. Jenny confesses all to Carla
Carla senses that something is up between Jenny and Daisy, even if Ryan tries to diffuse the unpleasant situation.
Later, Carla discovers Jenny in Victoria Garden, and it’s obvious that she’s disturbed. When Carla presses Jenny about Bethany’s charges, Jenny breaks down and acknowledges that they stole Stephen’s money. What will Carla’s response be?
5. Steve hides the truth from Tracy
Steve is shocked to learn that Tommy has offered Tracy to move to Spain when he receives Tracy’s letter from Tommy.
Tracy tells Amy that she misses having a boyfriend in her life in the meantime. After Tracy makes the decision to see Steve, he steals the Tommy letter from her when she confesses that she wants to be back together.
Even though Tracy is clearly pining for Tommy, Steve is in the mood to celebrate. He proposes that they head to the pub, where he destroys Tommy’s letter when Tracy isn’t looking.
6. Tracy plans to start a new life with Tommy
Steve tries to get in the way, but Tracy and Tommy are able to resolve their differences. Tracy tells Ken, Amy, and Daniel that she will miss them all when she phones Number 1 to get the last of her belongings.
In honor of Tracy’s new life in Spain, Ken proposes they have a final drink at The Rovers. Steve, meanwhile, realizes he’s lost Tracy permanently and chooses to ignore the celebrations.
7. Gary tries to help Maria
Maria is taken aback when David tells her that Audrey would have to take her place if she doesn’t return to work soon. Maria tells Gary about their situation and says they need the money, but she’s not ready to part from Liam just yet.
Gary approaches Carla after Maria confesses, telling her that he is considering selling the factory building and offering her the opportunity to decline. But when Carla informs him she can’t afford it, his scheme is shattered.
8. Maria fears the worst
Maria goes back to work, leaving Gary to teach Liam at home. Maria is far more worried about Liam’s safety than she is about the wedding; she uses an app that links to a concealed camera to keep a watch on him while they talk about styling possibilities.
When Maria checks her phone once more in the middle of the bridal appointment, she is shocked to see that Liam has left the room to use the restroom. Maria rushes home to check on him, fearing he’s hurt himself. Afterwards, a tearful Maria opens out to Audrey about her recent difficulties.
9. Dylan is tricked by Mason
Violet clarifies that they are only going to fetch Dylan’s shoes for the hearing and that this is not a social call, much to Sean’s joy when Violet and Dylan arrive at Number 11.
Dylan and Violet are dining at the Bistro when Bella, a classmate, walks up to them. Dylan is happy when she invites him to meet for ice cream later in the precinct, but he is surprised to see Mason waiting for him when he gets there.
10. Roy contacts Lauren’s mum
Roy fights to establish his innocence since Dee-Dee thinks the odds are stacked against him. When Carla informs Dee-Dee about Roy’s recent sleepwalking and the nasty calls he’s been receiving, Dee-Dee reassures her that she’s doing everything within her power to support Roy.
In the meantime, Roy phones Kerry and leaves a message expressing compassion when Lauren’s mother’s contact information is made public online, defying Evelyn’s warning to stay away.
Later, a customer continues to insult Roy, which prompts Bernie and David to come to his support. Roy feels disgusted by the situation and the difficulties he’s giving his buddies.
11. Ed returns with bad news
Dee- and MichaelWhen Dee discover how much Ed still owes and receive a last demand letter addressed to him, they are taken aback.
Ed, meantime, has returned from Birmingham and learned that Aggie has had enough of him and won’t be going home. Michael hides the last demand letter while consoling Ed when he notices that he is concerned about Aggie.
12. Hope provides Brian with a lead
Hope gives The Kabin a call and asks about a potential paper round employment. Although Brian is pleased to offer Hope the position, he is taken aback when the young girl asks for a salary boost right away.
Hope reveals that she wants to buy an inexpensive laptop from a person in the precinct. Given that Paul’s laptop was taken during the most recent heist at The Rovers, is there a connection between the two incidents?
