General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Worries It’s Too Late To Save Danny From His Father

General Hospital Spoilers report Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) return to town is shaking everyone up — and his children are certainly no exception.

Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) first instinct was to tattle on Jason when he found him in the boathouse — injured and hiding out, a fugitive from justice.

However, it didn’t take Jason long to persuade Danny to assist him during his suffering in addition to keeping his secret. As of late, Danny and his father have rekindled their relationship, and Jake Spencer (Hudson West) is finding it difficult to understand what his younger brother is thinking.

General Hospital Spoilers — Coming to Blows

For months, Danny has been unable to make sense of his existence at the age of 14. When Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) learned that he had sneaked out to get drunk with pals last month, she became worried. His careless actions, such as scaling their rooftop apartment’s fire escape, made her think too much of Jason.

Ever since, Sam had been praying that the apple had fallen further from the tree than it felt like it had, that Danny could move over this mishap and stay on the straight and narrow.

When Sam visited her ex-husband at the PCPD, she barely expected to hear from Jason that he had drawn their son into his deceit.

While this was going on, her son was having a very different kind of fun with his big brother back at the Quartermaine’s. Aiden Webber (Enzo de Angelis) yelled at Danny and Jake to stop as they continued to throw punches and throwdowns from the sidelines.

The irony is that Danny can’t stand to hear anyone insult his father at this moment, even though Jason would never support such acts of violence.

GH Spoilers Leak Jake Resists the Truth

Actually, Jason did not shoot Dante. Jake might still resist having to acknowledge something as fact even after he is compelled to.

The issue is that Jake is really upset with Jason for first abandoning him. It was bad enough having a father who was on the run coming back to life in front of his friends and teachers.

All he wants is to move on from his past, and he hopes for a speedy trial that will find his father guilty and put him away for good. He’s acting as though he wants it to happen, at least. There is no truth in this at all.

General Hospital Spoilers — Trouble is Brewing

After learning about what transpired at the boathouse, Jake and Danny will probably pay a heavy price for their deeds.

Sam, nevertheless, is far more worried by Danny’s failure to inform her that he had seen and helped Jason. But when Sam pressed forward, demanding that Danny never assist his father once more, Danny realized that he would have to pick a side, and sadly for Sam, that side would be Team Dad.

Even if he can’t really help him right now, Sam’s behavior toward Jason will nevertheless draw Danny and Jake closer, even though Jake isn’t aware of it.
