VINNY Dingle reveals he is ready to commit to a relationship with Gabby Thomas next week in Emmerdale.
Upcoming scenes on the ITV soap will see Charity left feeling guilty when she makes fun of Vinny’s inexperience compared to Gabby.
But soon, all Vinny’s insecurities melt away as Gabby snogs him.
Gabby and Vinny grow closer as they have a touching moment, pushing Thomas on the swings.
Meanwhile, Charity hurries Sarah out of the house with the promise of a proper Dingle experience, a joy ride in a seemingly stolen flash car.
Vinny, who was previously married to Aaron’s half-sister Liv before her tragic death, has gotten close with Gabby Thomas in recent months, with their friendship going to new levels.
The situation changed, however, when Vinny and Gabby shared a kiss.
But Vinny was hesitant to pursue a new relationship, in addition to the fear of losing his virginity.
But with Vinny finally ready to take the next step and commit to a relationship, he tells a delighted Aaron of his new romance.
And Aaron is glad that Vinny is moving on from Liv.
Will Vinny and Gabby be a match made in heaven?
Gabby Thomas actress, Rosie Bentham, previously said she wanted the characters to get together.
She told Inside Soap: “I think Gabby needs Vinny even just as a mate.”
“Vinny would be good for Gabby, but it’d come down to whether she’s willing to change herself.
“She’s probably a bit too feisty for Vinny at the minute. She’d need to chill out for that.
“It’s a bit of a chalk and cheese situation, isn’t it. When the story got pitched to me, I was like: ‘Oh, how is that going to happen?’ But as the story goes on, the writing has been quite funny and light-hearted.
“I actually thought after being dumped at the altar [by Nicky Milligan], Gabby was in her ‘I hate men’ phase – but that’s always when they come along, isn’t it?”
