Following a dispute about dog poop, EastEnders star Scott Maslen has allegedly been charged with assaulting a handicapped man in Regents Park, London.

Multiple sclerosis sufferer Michael Kelly, 55, told the Sun that during the confrontation, he suffered whiplash and required sutures to his nose.

The alleged October 19 attack is being looked into by the Metropolitan Police.

He was walking his four-year-old labradoodle, Ned, with his son-in-law at the time, according to dog walker Mr. Kelly, who occasionally needs a stick or wheelchair because MS affects his central nervous system.

Mr. Kelly stated that he was using his phone when he heard a guy yelling at him from behind to hurry up and clean up Ned’s feces.

“He was yelling profanities,” Mr. Kelly claimed. I promised him that when I was ready, I would pick it up. It was unthinkable.

Before a fight started, Mr. Kelly said that Maslen called him a “mug” and used a barrage of derogatory and offensive words.

The Sun claims that Mr. Kelly had a shattered eye socket as a result of this. He was taken to the hospital by his daughter, where he was given sutures and further eye care.

Last year, Scott Maslen showed up for Paul O’Grady’s burial.

He said that his daughter sent the Met pictures of his injuries.

He went on to say, “A female dog walker yelled and declared she was calling the police.”

“You’re in EastEnders,” I shouted, recognizing the man as I fought to stand up.

“After collecting my thoughts, I said, ‘You’re not in EastEnders anymore. This is the actual world.

“I was able to capture two images at the location.”

“The man was not on his phone and just seemed to be staring at his dog’s business, refusing to pick it up,” according to a source who is reportedly close to the actor.

Scott inquired as to whether he intended to pick it up and whether he would like a poo bag in order to do so.

The other man who grabbed Scott initiated a fight, which got out of hand.

“He initiated a brawl. They were on the ground, but Scott left as soon as it was finished.

Following an allegation of an attack on a 55-year-old man in Regent’s Park on Saturday, October 19, police are still looking into the incident, according to a Met Police spokeswoman.
