Coronation Street Horror As Remains Found After Tim Metcalfe’s Car Doused In Petrol

As Tim Metcalfe began to err dangerously close to revealing the truth, Stephen Reid of Coronation Street may have struck once more.
The residents of Coronation Street will experience horror when the remains of another body are found.

As soon as Leo Thompkins’ (Joe Frost) body was discovered, the murderer Stephen Reid began to fear that his father Teddy Thompkins’ (Grant Burgin) body would soon follow.

He proceeded to the canal and dove into the water to check that the roof box containing his body was still completely submerged.

He left the area before realizing it was Tim Metcalfe (Simon Duttine), who was watching suspiciously, because his phone rang from behind a bush.

However, viewers of the ITV soap opera this week saw Stephen become aware of the person lurking when he heard Tim’s phone ring and immediately recognized the tone.

It appears that Stephen realizes Tim is getting too close to the truth and decides to act in scenes that will air next week.

Tim returns to the canal to find out what Stephen was doing, and when he sees a dead body’s hand there, he becomes furious.

As he runs back to his car to dial 911, the phone cuts out, and he is unable to return the call before Stephen charges the vehicle and tries to strangle him with his tie.

Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor), who is unaware of the situation, is upset with her husband because she believes he has gone to a football game with Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell).

Tim, however, is in a fight for his life as he escapes the car and leaves before falling to the ground.

Despite his stumbling, Stephen uses a brick to knock him over the head and shoves him into the boot of his car, which he then fills with gasoline.

He walks past Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) and returns to Weatherfield after leaving the crime scene as if nothing had happened.

Stephen immediately calls the airline to confirm his flight for tomorrow before heading to the shower to wash off the remnants of fuel and blood.

In other places, it appears that the police have learned of activity by the canal and have found the roof box in the canal’s murky waters.

Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) and DS Swain (Vicky Myers) are frightened when they see human remains when they open the container to see what’s inside.
Is Stephen’s allotted time up? Will he instead attempt to blame the crimes on a different Weatherfield resident?
