Ahead of the explosive scenes to air next week on EastEnders, Michael French’s character David Wicks returned to find his daughter Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) inebriated and unruly.

Bianca’s obsession with believing that Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) is a killer—despite the fact that she is accurately accusing him—is contributing to her mental decline.

After receiving a diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) himself last year, Kat Slater’s nephew Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) saw traces of the condition in Bianca while she was being pushed to quit her campaign against Reiss.

As the BBC serial opera went on, Bianca confronted Reiss once more for allowing her half-sister Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy), who is pregnant, to take the fall for his wife Debbie’s (Jenny Meier) death.

After retorting with several nasty jabs, Reiss angrily told Bianca to get out of his path.

B called her ex-husband Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen) to make some arrangements, but she didn’t answer when a worried Kat called earlier in the week.

Freddie came up to Bianca and told her about his inability to concentrate and his preoccupation on particular things.

Bianca chuckled when he implied that she might also have ADHD, claiming that while she might occasionally act recklessly, she didn’t suffer from the illness.

Later, Kat was spotted on the phone, warning someone that Bianca was “going nuclear” and pleading with them to hurry and go to Walford.

Bianca gave the group some pink, hi-vis jackets with the phrase on the back during a Save Our Sonia campaign meeting. B stormed off and went to get wasted in The Queen Vic when Reiss and the others rejected the proposal.

After being nasty to Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho), Bianca was kicked out and spurned by Junior Knight (Micah Balfour), a one-time fling, before collapsing onto a mound of trash bags.

But at that very time, Bianca’s estranged father, David, stepped out of a taxi, appalled by her condition.

Is David able to assist B when she needs it?
