In EastEnders, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) has come closer to the truth than ever before, and the walls are closing in on murderer Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman).
Her true killer, Reiss, came to Walford after spending the last several weeks in Peterborough, where fiancée Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) is being detained for the murder of Reiss’s wife Debbie (Jenny Meier).
Reiss attempted to patch things up with Sonia’s sister Bianca after discovering that she had settled in while he was away, even though B didn’t feel bad about the charges she had previously leveled at him.
However, Bianca and Reiss decided to put their attention on the effort to liberate innocent Sonia, and they formed a provisional ceasefire before Reiss caught up with a tense Martin Fowler (James Bye).
Soon after, Teddy Mitchell (played by Roland Manookian) called Reiss to a conference and disclosed that a contact had video from a warehouse adjacent to Debbie’s assisted living facility.
Bianca demanded to see the video with the two when she heard it, but Reiss hurried Teddy away before she could follow.
Reiss, who was left alone in the office, saw himself on the CCTV, took the flash drive, and ran away.
Reiss persuaded Bianca that her attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) was the reason for her mental fog when she confronted him at the home for giving her the slip.
Bianca believed Reiss’s false claim that the video only featured a cat and walked away, but Reiss covertly burned the flash drive.
Bianca realized there was only one reason Reiss would do this, though, when Teddy told her that he had legged it with the flash drive: he had something to conceal.
Reiss had shut himself inside when she returned home in a hurry. How long before Bianca discovers Reiss’s sinister act, as she banged on the door and demanded answers?
